It adds up. A few hundred in the emergency room here, 1500 for an operation there, follow ups, a final operation, etc. I believe that my daughter and my wife would dole out the total expenses piecemeal to me.
Anyway, right now, our cat is fine, hopefully we have gotten it all. If there is a recurrance, we will have to put him down.
