Just wait until you hear about the slush funds in NC. The state auditor has traced the money back to Black, Morgan and Basnight and a preliminary House report found the funds unconstitutional. The findings are in fron of Attorney General Roy Cooper now. These funds, coupled with the Hyman Foundation debacle and the nonprofit funding fiascos, could lead to indictments.
It is widely acknowledged in Raleigh that there are more incidents to come....
