Oh! How I love the sound of a tyrannical judiciary squeeling in the morning!!!

Reagan din't have very good luck with judges because our danged law schools have a really hard time keeping from endoctrinating them that they are to be the illuminati for all of society for all the future of mankind.

Screw the rule of law and the constitution(s), they are taught they should legislate, interpret and litigate until each according to his need has satisfied his personal greed!!! Yes... Our whole justice system is terrible bloated with bad precedent and corruption!!!

An attorney friend of mine (also a good solid conservative) told me that ever since the 50s that the law schools have taught that "law has no basis in fact and that rulings should be made on the basis of social change".

Considering that the majority of Congress is made of of lawyers and all judges start out that way it becomes very obvious why we have the laws and rulings that we do.

The lawyers that aren't dead and burried that have a solid education and backround in the "law" are soon to become that way.
