Um, so when Iraq was dropping scuds into Israel in the Gulf War, was Israel the aggressor? Did Israel, that rapacious and aggressive neighbor, respond to the scud attacks?

It seems that Joe Wilson also believed that Iraq had WMDs...so much for "Bush lied".
