I believe the leaker is:
I don't dispute it. However, my sense is that the political energy of the DNC is primarily provided by three groups -- homosexuals, enviros, and pro-aborts. Unlike abortion, neither the homos nor the enviros really need the USSC to drive their agenda. Which leaves the pro-aborts to drive the "courts" train.
The moonbats really believe Rove is "Bush's brain." Like some sci-fi movie, they think if they can disconnect Bush from his brain he will die. Or at least his Administration will collapse. They also hate Rove because he has been the conservative enforcer in this Administration. Because of him, they have not been able to mau-mau this President Bush the way they did his father into raising taxes and wimping out on Iraq and appointing liberals to the bench and signing liberal legislation.
This may be the case. If Miller testifies before the Grand Jury, she has to answer every question about every conversation she had. And she has no idea what other witnesses have said. No fun in that.
These masters of equivocation would hold President Bush to a general statement that they explain for us, while parsing the meaning of a two-letter word. It's obvious what they're up to, and it won't work.
(Paraphrasing) 'Lightning or lightning-bug: If you've ever been caught out in the open during a storm,
it makes a real difference if one or the other lands on your head.' Samuel Clemens
When I was in college, I used to play "Dungeons and Dragons," but we added features from other, competing games. In our games, the dems "alignment" would be considered "Amoral Evil." (I know, AD&D Rules would be "Lawful, Neutral, or Chaotic," but Amoral was brought in from the Arduin rules...)

But who told Miller?
LOL! You are sure right! I can hardly wait.
Anyway, Bush won't fire Rove, and this is not helping the Democrats.
They are just FALLING APART.
Its fun to watch people like Lawrence O'Donnell just go ballistic.
Yes, you really do need to watch the spelling. Your ideas are rich enough to be read and considered carefully but the spelling errors really detract from your credibility.
And I will second the motion that (despite your notice to the contrary) you provide some hint re: your source. If you don't then we will all simply believe that we are reading your opinion, which in fact I find quite interesting. The possibility that you are right about the grand Dem plan is pretty high. What I don't understand is why you don't provide enough of a hint vis a vis your source to give us some idea that we are actually getting a peek under the Dem tent. Until you do that I'm going to file your stuff in the OPINION box.
But it is pretty interesting opinion.
You mean the Donkeys want to delay it until we get 60 Senators in 2006. Works for me.
Not true. It will become a state issue, however, and in most states will probably be limited in various ways. It will probably never be totally illegal in any state.
In places like CA and NY, the abortion industry will do as well as it ever did.
Actually Roe does NOT make abortion legal. It rules that states can NOT make abortion illegal, as a "Constitutional Right."
Even if Roe Vs Wade were overturned, abortion on demand will still be legal in all 50 states, as each legislature or the voters will have to make a decision. And you can bet that it will stay legal in the blue states.

Miller had to have been told directly by Plame or by Wilson. Plame was likely a confidential CIA source for other WMD articles she wrote. Wilson might have told her to bolster his credibility when doing his op-ed piece.
Oh, yeah that's my guess too. I was hoping you had a source on that.
