The first paragraph is totally unnecessary and easily outs the political bias of the reporter and editor(s) of this article.
You mean that the bunker buster has a better chance of success than this article says?
Anyway, they do try to sell this magazine by highlighting its possibility, which run counter to their political leaning. It may not be easy for them to swallow.:-)
