Although [Jayna]Davis does not document Gorelick's role in Oklahoma City, media accounts routinely describe her as the director of the Oklahoma City task force, the so-called "field commander." As Davis has told me, someone in Washington called the FBI in Oklahoma City and issued a two-word directive on its investigation into Islamic terrorism: "Kill it."
Ramzi Yousef (1993 WTC) and Terry Nichols (OKC) crossed paths in the Phillipines. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (9/11)was Yousef's uncle. It is interesting to note that Yousef entered the United States on an Iraqi passport and had been known among the New York fundamentalists as "Rashid, the Iraqi". Another name that could be thrown into the mix is Abdul Rahman Yasin, a U.S. citizen who moved to Iraq in the 1960's and returned to the U.S. in 1992. After the 1993 WTC bombing, Yasin fled to Iraq and was given monthly salary and housing by Saddam Hussein's regime.
Then...go to:
Jose Padilla's Oklahoma City Connection
Especially see my #5 and #10:
Padilla is connected through the Benevolance International Foundation, based out of the Philippines, founded by Osama's brother in law. Padilla's bio states that he served 10 months in prison starting in 1991. That would put his release date somewhere in late 1992- early 1993. He became involved in the BIF, converted to Islam in 1994, and also quit Taco Bell at the time, but according to sources, "appeared to be quite well off". Something else I just noticed in that article...
Padilla incurred violations like clockwork from the moment he emerged from prison until his license was suspended in 1997 (with the exception of a six-month quiet period around the time of the Oklahoma City bombing)Links are in post #5. Padilla did'nt have to go to the Philippines, the BIF recruited him in the US. The side by side pictures of JD #2 and Padilla are striking on that thread.
One can't help but wonder who is pulling the strings of (or pulling the strings for) a non-entity reporter for a non-entity paper like the McCurtain (OK) Gazette -- and how such a "nobody from nowhere" can get into the places and do the things JD does. Very strange...
The reason this "non-entity" paper gets stories is because, unlike the gutless mainstream media, THEY ACTUALLY INVESTIGATE. So a story only has validity if it runs in a corporate paper? No wonder investigative journalism has pretty much disappeared off the face of the earth.
"Even spoken with their identities hidden because of fears of retribution, the explosive statements are especially surprising now, coming as they do on the heels of a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision that journalists may be jailed if they refuse to reveal sources in federal cases. " --- somehow the media always has to play the victim card
--- IMHO, the theory that they ATF & FBI were not focusing on so called 'right wing' groups in order to paint McVeigh & Nichols as lone wolves doesn't make any sense.
Clinton got on the TV & said that the attack was the result of Rush Limbaugh and right wing talk radio, don't you think that if the Clintonistas could have built a case (in the media if not in the courts) that the right wing did the bombing they would have.
Makes no logical sense that the Clintons would try to force fit the evidence in the opposite direction.

My point was: Who does provide the wherewithal for JD & Roger to "do their thing"?

Yeah, I remember him. Did you know that mcveigh's wife's maiden name is padilla? Sound farmiliar? Think, dirty bomber.
Husseini al Hussein or something like that...
yeah amazingly absent.

Ol' Pat B. was banned from FR a loooong time ago...
The fact that gorelick was allowed to sit on the 9/11 commission shows that republicans have no balls or spine.
Oh. Well, it allowed me to post it. It used to be that if someone was banned (or, if a name was misspelled) it would show "no one of that name" during preview.
Did you ever stop to think that Mr. Cash is writing this without compensation? He is.
Did you ever stop to think that a writer doesn't have to write for a large, population based newspaper to add information to the issue? Truth does not lie only within the large and "elite."
