There might be something about Islam
http://jewishworldreview.com ^ | Kathleen Parker

As Brits stiffen their upper lips and politicians hustle to reiterate that Islam is not the problem, cognitive dissonance grips the planet.

If Islam is not the problem, what is? And are we not inviting self-defeat by refusing to recognize that Islam is at least part of the problem?

Now that xenophobes are licking their chops, let me offer the requisite disclaimer. Most Muslims despise the barbaric tactics of radicals who have hijacked their religion in order to justify killing innocent civilians. The majority of Muslims don't deserve contempt from non-Muslims any more than infidels deserve "justice" administered by maniacs.

One percent is a lowball figure for the numbers of our committed enemies. Moreover, this kind of fanaticism and violence can be traced back to Muhammed himself, repeatedly manifested itself in 1,500 years of conquest and enslavement, and is embedded in their Holy Koran.

One percent is a ridiculously low figure, more along the lines of what the muslims themselves would like us to believe. Reality suggests closer to twenty percent.

Which would not be a problem if the other 80% were normal. But they are not. Their support through silence and total non-response is 100% effective.

But even assuming the silly 1% figure, that adds up to 10 million nutcases worldwide out to kill you individually or in a group.

Not really reassuring.

Most liberal appeasers believe that Christians in general should feel collective guilt for not doing enough to combat the anti-Semitism of a non-Christian dictator in Europe.

These same people believe it is wrong for non-Muslims to insist that Muslims share guilt for the atrocities that are currently being perpetrated against non-Muslims the world over by Muslims.

Even at that, with ~1B muzzies in the world, that leaves 10M
potential suicide bombers. That's too many to brush off as ONLY one percent.

I tell my Christian self that God loves these people
as much as he loves us. I wish that they would wake
up and renounce this evil cult and turn to the true
God. Until they do, I want everyone of them to get
out of this country. We can not allow any group that
has hate as a central theme of it's existence to live
and propagate among us.

I too once believed that peaceful Muslims were outraged by terrorist acts in the name of Islam but my belief has weakened due to the lack of actual facts to support the claim.

As did I, up to about 1960 or so, when I was old enough to start asking questions and digging, historically speaking.
It did not take long to get a clear picture of Islam, even before the creation of the "palestinian" state (PLO), ostensibly the source of all grievances.

No rational person with more than a casual knowlege of islam and history can either "excuse" the murdering savage culture, nor care to "understand" it. Never mind reform it.
The only language that islam knows, respects, indeed fears, is ruthless and total destruction.

The only thing that can prove attitude is behavior...

If muslims are really upset over islamic terrorism, violence, and oppression, wouldn't they be converting to a more civilized religion? Of course, leaving islam is punishable by death, according to the koran...It's the perfect religion for totalitarians.

The terrorists are the ones who have STUDIED Islam, and they do know that they are giving their life up for Islam.
Islam teaches how to become a martyr and this is what the terrorists believe that they are doing, and yes, they do read the Koran correctly.

Stop playing the part of a fool. There is no such thing as a moderate Muslim. If they believe in Islam and are muslims they do know about the benefits of terrorism, and what it takes to become a martyr. The plan of Islam is to take over the world. Bush, and Blair are not protecting their people from this evil game, and are letting them set up enemy camps in our own country. How can we prevail, when we are doing this?

All Muslims are following a twisted doctrine that twists and perverts the very Old Testament that they claim as their foundation, but in reality ignore.

Only Satan and those who follow him do that. It is a farce to say that Jews, Christians, and Muslims, worship the same god. Jews and Christians worship the true God, Muslims worship Satan and embrace all his deception and violence.

While they may not be violent themselves, they will not condemn a fellow Muslim that has chosen that path.

The so called god of this world has a religion too.

He writes his scriptures and declares his truths.

His kingdom has a name, DEATH.

His wealth does not shine like gold. It is black and he provides it to his minions from the depths of his domain.

His gospel is “submit or die”

Terror his sacrament.
Destruction his dogma.

“BELIEVE OR BE BEHEADED”

His disciples are called martyrs.
They kill themselves upon decree.
Their reward is the same sentence they give to others.... DEATH!!

The end is the means in his kingdom.
death to all......

Excellent point.

To that end, didn't the London muzzies hold some sort of mass anti-terror rally yesterday?

How many hundreds of thousands turned out for it, do we know?

I want some of these Mulims apologists to address this--
WHERE IS THE LOVE in Islam?

We see the hate in the news daily. Where is the loving side of the 'religion'? Where are the charity groups? The concerted efforts by 'good muslims' to reach out to other religions? Where are the Muslim/Jewish get togethers, so their children can learn tolerance of each other?
The face Islam presents the world is wrapped in black rags and it kills.
Where is Islams LOVING face? What is stopping grassroots groups from showing it to make the 'terrorist' aspect of Islam a lie?
Hmmmmmm???

Christianity: God sends His Son to die for your sins.

Islam: God wants you to send your son to die.

"Most Muslims despise the barbaric tactics of radicals who have hijacked their religion in order to justify killing innocent civilians."

Show me the facts that back up this statement. I can't post all the facts that show otherwise...it overload the internet, shut down all power grids and make the earth wobble on it's axis if I tried.

"Radical Islam" is a redundancy.

And yes, I've known and worked with a few 'nice' European Muslims.

But I never once forgot that they were Muslims.

Unfortunately, I have been traveling the last two days and am unaware if the mizzies had an anti-terrorism rally.,P>Call me skeptical, but I would want a non-muslim witness who understand arabic to report on what was actually said...

"We are sorry that Israel forces us to attack sleeping children" is not going to cut it.

"How many hundreds of thousands turned out for it, do we know?"

Attendance was up from previous anti-terror rallies: I think there were 0.0000001 hundred thousand. There was one muslim woman but she could as a whole person.

This is an excellent point lost on most people.
My guess is that most of the "good" muslims I've met, socialized with and worked with never overtly or covertly suggested that they were muslim.

The few I can identify as muslim I discovered accidentally, or only after many years of knowing them.

"Attendance was up from previous anti-terror rallies..."

This is wonderful news!

Allah simply must be credited with this miraculous change being affected in "hearts and minds."

Unless, of course, she was simply out looking for a nice falafel cart, since it was close to lunchtime.

Or looking for a loo...

In any event, Allah be praised!!

Yep. "Radical Islam is the real Islam. And those hip "backsliding" Muslims are very prone to getting a blood-cult booster shot at any time, and to "prove" their refound Islamic purity, going on bloody Jihad.

And you can bet that they have never for a moment forgotten that you were an infidel.

Muslims cannot be trusted, ever, to tell a non-Muslim the truth.
