Commentary

Since 2004, the government has classified most infected or death cases caused by the virus, supplemented with the information gathered in qinghai. For non-fatal infectious diseases, the chinese government targeted at controlling information and quarantine measures. For infectious diseases which are fatal to human, the focus of the government is whether the virus can be converted to a biological weapon or not. The military will first research on the controllability of the virus. In some occasions, the virus may even be released to the public in order to test the effectiveness of the vaccines and preventive measures.

So far, the bird-flu virus strains that are fatal to human is classified into 7 different categories. The H5N1 is the original version while others are mutated from the original H5N1.

The above is a human translation from the boxun report on strains isolated in China. The comment on deliberate release on human subjects is of considerable concern.

This document has not been independently verified, but does raise disturbing issues, especially since H5N1 is very hard to control and rapidly changes via reassortment and recombination.

The details in these documents are cause for concern.

Media Resources details about the source material are posted here.

Hit the Media Resources link above. Here is just one entry:

This says that china has already isolated seven different strains and named them. The Qinghai being the * * * deadliest * * *

H5N1L33

this is scary .... says that that this strain is possibly carried by insects and they have no vaccine.

My comment is that all Avian flu viruses are carried by biting insects. That is just one way this virus from hell spreads. Read More Bird Flu Reports?

Why all the scary stories lately? Chinese nukes, Alqaida nukes, bird flu [all flu is from birds], camps in the wilderness, possible Terror attacks on bridges, cigarettes, eggs, overweight children, who knows what. Is any of this stuff actually happening or is somebody just trying to keep the population on edge?

I've long believed that China's been experimenting on its own people with biological agents. Centuries ago, innocent people were skewered with swords just to simply prove the sharpness of the weapon. People in China were the cheapest commodity and readily available. Why should that practice change now?

I just find them. Don't write them myself. But you are correct: There are a lot of scary stories out there. A high school teacher once said years ago, "The human mind is a sort of very complex filter. You must exercise your will and censor your own reading." \8^)

I know. We are pretty much restricted to that on FR unless we try the Vanity. I have been listening to the Art Bell Show for years, and lately it is kind of interesting that I see many of the stories here BEFORE they appear on the radio show. It's almost like George Noory gets his heads-up from FR now.

Almost every great power has done some research into biological weapons which includes the US. The Soviet Union had a huge program, but I don't whether they ever weaponized any agents. Stories swirled around that they used chemical agents in Afghanistan.

I did heard China had done some research into genetic based biological weapons. They want to develop weapons that are race specific. In otherwards, if released on the battlefield or on a enemy territory if only kill non-asians.

To my knowledge only passive delivery of biological weapons has happened; small pox infected blankets, rats which carried the vector for the plague.

It is suspect that two major diseases have cropped up in the same geographical region, but until there is more credible evidence that the Bird Flu, and SARS has artificial origins. We must assume they are natural in origin. Biological weapons have only been used a few time as a weapon of mass destruction. My guess is that biological weapons aren't very controllable, and that is especially true in a world of ubiquitous travel.

Uh, did you forget the Ebola virus. With almost 100% death rate, now that is scary. Stay out of Africa. STAY OUT OF AFRICA. Oh, the inhumanity.

That is just this week. Ebola was a couple weeks ago. They can run us through the cycle--soak, wash, rinse, spin--every month with the potential disasters they have on file.
