"Wouldn't you have thought it to be unreasonable that a major news network's anchor would report a story about the POTUS using falsified and forged documents? "

This is why I posted a picture of KGB headquarters in
Moscow. This sort of stuff is right out or the KGB handbook.

BTW, The forged National Guard documents came from a
Kinko's where DNC operative David VanOs (also member of
CPUSA) wife holds her monthly meetings. Imagine that.

Nothing going on here folks......
Move along...

It is truly amazing that these CIA types can even hold their head up in public after two massive intelligence failures. Instead of modestly fading into the woodwork Pflame and Schuyer are proclaiming that they are experts and Bush is wrong. Just ask the amb to Gabon LOL.

Also, I think it is interesting that Fitzgerald comes from the Southern District of NY. That's the office invetigating Clintons. I am telling you. She will not run.

...so, let's just say, until a better explanation comes along...I won't discount his!

Do you have faith in the investigation being conducted by the Special Prosecutor, Fitzgerald? I mean, will his conclusions count as a better explanation?

Basically, I'm just waiting for the investigation to end, the report to be released, and any indictment(s) to be issued. Until then, I feel that people on all sides in the media are just huffing and puffing -- and spinning. Which, of course, is how they make their money.

They are the truth which you and members of the left are about to find out. You should have read the Intelligence Committee report before making such a statement. Thanks for telling us your agenda on here. Add another one to the list!

BTW, Horowitz never writes something to make the base happy. Since when were we down about this -- liberals and RATs are about to get egg all over their face because Rove never was a target as the RATs and their compadres in the media are finding out.

I'm thinking that one of the reasons that Schumer had that press conference with Wilson on Thursday, asking for Rove's security clearance to be taken away, and forced to quit if he is the "leaker", is because by making such a big deal about this...

IF the Grand Jury does come down with indictments against Wilson and Plame, Wilson and Schumer will go back to the press and say that NOW Bush's Justice Department is punishing Wilson yet again, for coming forward and asking for Rove's resignation...

They have set this up, so that THEY will be be the victims still, instead of the United States people, and the CIC, George Bush.

As time goes on, the more skeptical I am about this being a fair and impartial grand jury. I think we have to be prepared to fight and fight hard for this presidency one the final report comes out. No surrender.

That's what happens when you get someone on here that is not a Conservative nor a Republican Conservative from that statement.

I am a member of the base and I am certainly not down -- cannot wait for all the facts to come out and see the RATs running for cover. Rove is not a target of the investigation so who is Miller protecting -- Wilson and/or his wife perhaps? Or someone from the Clinton side like Grunwald?

You are right about how "WE" would have to fight hard, if the grand jury doesn't do what it should...

because we KNOW that the MSM will NOT go after the Wilson's or their own compadres for what really happened.

This could end up being just another Sandy Berger case...and, just like the Clinton's nothing will happen to them.

So far, Kit Bond is the only Congresscritter (maybe Tom Delay), that has gotten angry about this...which doesn't bode well for them to want to get to the bottom of this, if it ends like the Sandy Berger case.

LOL! Well, that didn't take long. Also add me to the list of people who are just going to wait for the investigation to be completed.

Relax -- Bush's presidency is not in danger. Cheney's vice presidency is not in danger.

What's "unreasonable" about it? Please enumerated every facet of the "unreasonableness" of Horowitz's entire article and explain, in detail, how he is "tallying the Republican troops."

What David has laid out, is circumspect, to say the least, and nonimfamatroy. The base doesn't NEED to be "rallied", since none of us are downtrodden by the Dems'/MSM's attempt to take Rove down and smear the president with this hoax, is making all of us scream with laughter.

I suggest that you go back to DU; you've failed in your mission here.

I see that another candidate for STUPID OF THE WEEK, has crawled out from 'neath a rock.

There needs to be a test to pass, before anyone can join/ stay on FR and the sooner, the better!

I can't believe I'm going to say something in defense of Joe Wilson, because I do think he had bad intentions. But here goes...

Plame didn't "send" Wilson on this mission. She recommended him, and someone (not Tenet) have the okay. Wilson obviously did something while in Niger, because he came back having been told by the PM that Iraq had in fact contacted Niger and wanting to do business. Remember, Niger only has two exports: uranium and goats. And last time I checked, Iraq already had dangerous stockpiles of goats.

Where Wilson went wrong is when he lied about his own findings, then ran in the waiting arms of John Kerry and thus confirming our suspicions.
