I just ran that first "author's" name through Amazon and a book listings database; no hits. Ditto for the book titles. Must be some sort of Islamist samizdat thing.
That said, it's close to impossible to get written content banned in the United States. I wouldn't make any bets about the books' contents being outside the First Amendment.
Google the title and you will find Islamic sites that sell this book.
