Good point!

How long does it take to become "common law" (when a divorce is required versus just moving out)? Couple of years?

In that time, a person could have "cohabited" several times.

Are these numbers included in the statistics?

Common law marriage is only available in a handful of states today- and in most if not all of them, there is no time limit, just that the couple hold themselves out to be married.

This is what the liberals have been trying to do for years, break down the marriage commitment, with the illusion that 'living together' is the same thing.
