Thank you for the update. I wasn't SERIOUSLY following politics until after a loser like Clinton actually won an election. I thought "What the.....what are people thinking? This guy even looks like a shyster!" Then I because a voter, and I've been catching up ever since. Clinton was the one that sealed my loyalty to the right wing.

Heavens, no apology needed! Many of us did what we could to bring attention to the scandal. Which -- was never picked up by the MSM. Or perhaps I should guess, they wouldn't touch it because it was too damaging to Bubba, their hero.

Clinton was more than a personal "loser." He was a criminal responsible in large measure for thousands of deaths and lives destroyed by incurable diseases -- mostly hepatitis C, some AIDS -- through this traffic in diseased blood plasma. He took part in this totally dishonest scheme for big bucks and used his office as governor to defend and perpetuate the scheme.
Hillary was in it too.

Of all the things I despise Clinton for, that's one of the most important to me.
There is, was, and can never be any excuse for the money-grubbing trailer park trash to profit from the suffering and deaths of innocents through tainted blood. People who had never harmed him in any way were killed mercilessly.

Sordid. Tawdry. Nasty. Prisoners getting bucks for blood, and using the bucks to pay for perverted sex within the prison. Foulest Prez of our history...

The blood plasma program was "sold" to the public as a means for prisoners to earn a few bucks (actually, prison scrip). The real inducement to inmates to donate plasma was Percodan, aka "yellow boys" -- a patented combination of aspirin and oxycodone. Iow, a narcotic. This quickly became the medium of exchange in Cummins prison. And, yes, it could buy sex and every other privilege available in a rotten southern prison farm.
