Wrong. The Camden cops did not kill these kids, nor through negligence, cause their deaths, as in your example of failing to check the rear-view mirror. And the parents of these kids, through their own negligence, not the police, allowed these kids to access this car's trunk and lock themselves in. And until cops have X-Ray vision or ESP....
