I'd rather take victory off the table than the Constitution. Seriously.

Without victory, you'll soon be without a Constitution, too. The suspension of certain Rights during war have proven successful in the past to preserve the Nation and the Constitution, while certainly controversial in retrospect. I'll take that retrospective controversy anyday than surrendering to the Islamo-fascists.

Maybe so. So either they can destroy America, or we can volunteer to do it for them. Seems to me that you have a bad case of Helsinki Syndrome.
