Coflicting reports? The police said before they found NO EXPLOSIVES on the guy? Maybe the wires and the bomb belt were just PART of the bomb, and somebody else had the explosive component? That's what I'm wondering about this NYC bag-search thing....I hope they're prepared to search for "components" and not just assembled bombs. I mean, didn't McGyver on TV once make a bomb out of a tampon and some lipstick?
