Actually I think they gave chase but he evaded them in one of the incidents. In another the witness thought he was a civilian innocent bystander. I would definitely blame that guy for being dumb and for not tackling him when he realized.

Why is it that even with allies, victims, that conservatives always find a way to put others' down?

I'm often embarrassed by what people say on FR, but seven years of experience here have taught me to keep my own counsel most of the time rather than get into meaningless dogfights with ignoramuses.
