Calif. Warned of Hospital Terror Threat

A California television news program has obtained a memo that warns California hospitals they should consider themselves potential al-Qaida targets.

Sacramento's KCRA reported Friday that earlier this month, the U.S. government learned that hospitals across the country could be terror targets.

As a result, the California Hospital Association sent a letter to hospitals statewide, warning them of the threat.

In the letter, the California Department of Homeland Security warns that al-Qaida may be planning attacks on hospitals in September or October of this year.

Although the government says the information is uncorroborated, it is urging hospital employees to be vigilant.

The source specifically mentioned the Los Angeles and San Diego areas, but emergency centers nationwide have been warned.

"Hospitals are a key piece of infrastructure," said California Homeland Security spokesman Gary Winuk. "If there is to be an attack somewhere, particularly biological or chemical, they're the first line of defense. So, we're very concerned about them and a number of other sectors."

The government source told homeland security officials that nuclear facilities and military and civilian airports are also possible targets.

This is BS.  How do they know it will be September or October?  If if they know THAT much, why don't they give us more information to protect ourselves.

I can see this coupled with bio attacks, fill the hospitals with sick then blow them, creating conditions where people
are afraid to seek help.

Remember, it's all about TERROR.

I would think it is because any information is hard to come by and is obtained at great risk to the people who come up with it. Be thankful they get any inforamtion at all and stop complaining about the people who are trying to save our lives.

Do you think they are miracle workers and can simply wave a wand and obtain information?

Seems credible to me!
I believe this past April two hospitals in NJ were scoped out. They were, Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center in New Brunswick, NJ & Newton Memorial Hosp. in Sussex County, NJ. On Easter Sunday unidentified Middle Eastern men posing as Dr.'s asked to be given a tour of each facility. Can't remember if their request was granted.

"it is urging hospital employees to be vigilant."

The fox guarding the hen house.

As the demographics of our country change for the worse, so does the pool of prospective employees from which employees are hired.

The problem is much deeper and can only be solved by changing our immigration laws. If not, the situation will get much worse before, if ever, gets better. When and if the American people wake up, it may be too late. The time is NOW. Wake up!

This is serious. Related article from April 22 Fake Hospital Inspectors Probed. Unfortunately, the article source is WP, exerpted, and requiring pay-for-archives now.

A Disaster Readiness Advisory was sent to all U.S. hospitals back in April.

In short, people have been posing as JCAHO inspectors trying to access hospital info (including physical plant layout) at several hospitals around the nation.

I hope all the Muslims in CA have their bags packed because one more 9/11 type terrorist attack here and every Muslim swinging dick and his family will have to pack up bag and baggage and go back to whatever hellhole they originated from. And if the ACLU and anyone else doesn't like it, they can pack up and get the hell out with 'em.

Our ancestors didn't come to America and spend the last 200 hundred years trying to make a better life for their families just so a bunch of camel jockeys could come here and terrorize our women and children and make hamburger out of our families.
