Prisoners should get no special diets, nothing except the cheapest food to give them necessary nutrition. Same meals every day. Let them complain about it. Why should we give a @#$% what they think or say? Its prison. They aren't supposed to like it and have a grand old time

I used to think same way. But when I visited a relative in jail, it all changed. Seven people in a little cell is WRONG. People sleeping on floor is WRONG. Diabetics,and others being denied needed emergency medical attention is VERY WRONG!!

some how, some way, the criminals have managed to get resorts, to replace the system

Don't put the cart before the horse. The first thing wrong is what got them there in the first place. In some cases VERY WRONG.

That deserves thought before anything else is considered.
