I would also fathom a guess that the kids probably live within that very same neighborhood. They would get their beatdown in that neighborhood too. Preferably in a cul-de-sac so everyone could see it.

Those kids have (probably) been beaten on most of their lives.
They deserve it this time, unlike those other times.
