Even though I wasn't invited, in case I ever am, I like my steaks medium-well to well done, but not burned to a crisp. I also like fresh green tossed salads with a bit of real bleau cheese on top with fresh made poppyseed dressing. For desserts, I prefer pecan pie with homemade vanilla ice cream. (Now I'm so darned hungry I have to go make a PBJ sandwich to snack on!!) Unfortunately I am deathly allergic to wine and champagne, but boy do I love a single malt scotch straight up w/water back. Ummmm, now you know why I'm a Republican, dummos don't know good food either.
OK.......in case you get invited, we got your order.
BTW, my salads always include extra-creamy bleu cheese----down South we don't cotton to poppyseed dressing----not with steak. Maybe with chicken.

Honey-chile, wait til you taste homemade Georgia peach shortcake---- tender, flaky oven-made Southern biscuits, sliced juicy Georgia peaches sweetened with brown sugar, all topped with clouds of Chantilly whipped cream.

Miz Liz, my sweet honey chile of the true South, while I now realize that you do not know me, I am from the South, in fact I live on an Island called Skidaway, right off the coast near Savannah. Been here most of my life except when I was a young'en up in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Now, I love peaches, including the kind that grow on trees, as well as the next true Southener, but you get me near a homemade Pecan pie, and my mouth will get so happy it will explode my cheeks!! My mama made the very best poppyseed dressing there ever was, and I still love it anytime I can get it. You come to Savannah-town, and I'll show you and your hubby some real Southern delicassies that will make your tongue so happy it will wear out your smile! P.S. I'm really hungry now....
Heheh.....cute. Well, now you got my recipe for delectable peach shortcake, and I got nothing from you. Not even a recipe for popppyseed dressing (sulk).
