Interesting take by what the PC Dhimmedia in the UK calls a "South Asian". Hindus and Sikhs have been lumped in with Pakistanis and bangladeshi moslems by the UK Dhimmedia too often despite the HUGE differences in education, income, achievement and yes, loyalty between these 2 groups. What is heartening is that at least on the street, people are aware there is a difference between "Indian" and "Pakistani" and the latter is a bad word.

One thing Indians HATE is being called a Paki, that's about the only thing you can say that guaranteed WILL p*** them off. SEcondly, there are tons of Indian Christians (30 million at the last count) in India and also in the UK -- there was/is a Labour MP called Keith Vaz.

The onus is now on the larger Muslim community to prove that the terrorists are a minority who don't represent the views of Muslims at large.

I would say that time has come and gone. Even if there are Muslims who are against the terrorists, they're such tremendous cowards that they're unwilling to try to stop them.

Plus they all like Indian food in Indian restaurants (even tho' in reality, it's very similar to Paki food) are exposed to the Beauties of the Bollywood Behemoth a lot more, interact more with Indians (regardless of religion) and can differentiate.

This is really too bad for the Hindu Indians and Sikh in Britain.

Every time the media shows a picture of the Islamic train bombers or khafiyyeh-wearing bin-Laden worshippers staging protests in front of the Finsbury mosque, the Sikh and Indians probably wince and slap their own foreheads in disgust.

Damned bad luck for them to hail from the same part of Asia.

If it were me in their place, I'd probably wear a 'Not Muslim' T-shirt.

I was suprised, the second time I went to London, three years ago, to hand my passport to a customs agent who was a muslim woman in full cover, except for face and hands. What kind of example is that?
