One must know the difference between right and wrong to "get it." It's apparently so obvious to you, that you just assume everyone knows. Some don't. Some never will.

Yes. I know you're correct. Our brains just don't work this way. Somebody (actually another Freeper!) pointed me to Peter's Second Epistle the other day, and so I read it the other night. It reads like a continuation of Paul's letter to the Romans...specifically Romans 1, 12-27 or so.

Anyway, I was reading 2nd Peter, and he writes -

12 "But these, like natural brute beasts made to be caught and destroyed, speak evil of the things they do not understand, and will utterly perish in their own corruption..."

If you go on down to 18 (which talks about deceptions of false teachers) it practically describes the politcal left in this nation today.

It says,

18 "For when they speak great swelling words of emptiness, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through lewdness, the ones who have actually escaped from those who live in error."

19 "While they promise them liberty, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bindage."

20 "For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning."

The more I study the P'rushim (Pharisees), which were the leftists of two thousand years ago. It seems to me that the left of today hasn't changed a whole lot.
