War on Illiteracy. It seems every President in the past few decades has a hanger on, relative, or staff member that decides they need a 'war' for the then current administration to get the average guy on the street to believe they're working for them.
The War on Illiteracy will not be won until we seek out, pursue, and destroy all the illiterates, and those who fail to teach them how to read.
