If it's wrong for CBS to create a graphic using the image of the US flag to make a point, then it is also wrong for Freepers to photoshop that same graphic, by adding CBS's logo, to make a point.

This is why I vigorously oppose a "flag desecration" amendment to the US Constitution. One man's desecration is another man's message. The flag is a symbol, a very powerful symbol, but only a symbol. The Constitution of the US is a mechanism for limiting the power of government and is not the proper means for honoring the flag.

A related point is that by putting BS on the flag it clearly signifies that there is no such real flag. It's tags it as a BS creation of CBS.
