There is plenty of authority. By design, the Constitution was intended to create a Federal Gov't. General Welfare covers a lot of territory.

I don't care if they have any authority or not. As far as I'm concerned they can go eff themselves. I'm tired of this invasion of privacy crap disguised as a "census".
