Birmingham UK again....[False Alarm]

Keep an eye on the news. I am looking out of my window in Birmingham city centre UK. The police have are sirens blazing towards the jewellrey quarter area. The police helicoptor is overhead with it searchlight focussed on full beam. The only time there has been activity like this was during the evacuation two weeks ago and the arrest of the bomber the other morning.
The operation has been going for about 15 minutes... can't see exactly what is happening. More as I find it out...

What is it? 12;30 there? IIRC, British Time is 5 hours ahead of EDT, so it is appx. 11:36 PM.
Continental Western Europe is 6 hours ahead of EDT.
