How long has it been since you were able to recognize the Republican Party?

===========================================

Republicans are not pursuing a real conservative agenda, only more big government. For example, a true conservative agenda on the pressing issues of immigration reform, the real threats to the English language, or the multi-faceted culture war does not have the support of the GOP leadership in Congress or the White House and is in no danger of being passed.

Republicans seem more interested in providing voters the security of big government than in effective border security.

There is no threat to the "English language." The second generation Latinos that I have encountered in New York, Miami, and Chicago all prefer speaking English with their friends and Spanish with their parents. I agree about immigration reform, but you guys lose me on the "language" issue, which is a tempest in a teapot.

I'm frankly more concerned about the expansion of our government and that ever present threat to our constitutional freedoms than "cultural" issues.

I am 23. I have never reconized the GOP as anything but socialist. There is hope though, we have to lift up the few who are conservative and pray for the best(Pence,Tancredo,
Shadegg,Coburn)

Once again. I've been satisfied with the President on issues like the WOT, improving the military, tax reform, judical appointments and his standing tall on pro-life issues. The President has failed in the areas of immigration reform and increased spending on social programs. Let's face it. Bush43 is a big government Republican.

The overall problem with the GOP is obvious. Republicans haven't been electing enough conservatives to the Congress. This has led to far too much caving into the Democrats on issue after issue and continuing with a liberal agenda.

Once the GOP starts electing more conservatives to Congress who respect our Constitution, then and only then will this great nation get itself back on track and follow the original intent of the Founding Fathers.

Anybody know what the official language of France is? What about Germany and Austria? Poland? How about Japan? Australia?

Ok, here's an easy one: What's the official language of the U.S.?
