In other news, Florida has reported a sharp decline in lottery ticket purchases. It's stupid of the Florida lottery officials to quibble (if the number actually appearing on the ticket because of the misprint is the winning number. This will probably cause long-term losses of more than $250,000 because of the bad publicity.
