I'm just as willing to blast Dems as the next guy, but honestly, what's wrong with what Dodd said here? I mean, isn't that what he should say at this point? I could very well see us attacking Dems who keep trying to undermine Bolton after this appointment. But instead of trying to undermine him, Dodd is at least accepting defeat and trying not to make it worse.

" I'm just as willing to blast Dems as the next guy, but honestly, what's wrong with what Dodd said here? "

Sunday, Dodd was still throwing mud on Bolton, so his words today are worthless crap.

Fox News Sunday :
" I just think Mr. Bolton’s the bad choice here … He’s damaged goods.
This is a person who lacks credibility.
This will be the first UN ambassador since 1948 that we’ve ever sent there under a recess appointment.
That’s not what you want to send up, a person that doesn’t have the confidence of the Congress, and so many people who have urged that he not be sent up to do that job.”
