Atsu age - fried tofu, often stuffed w/stuff - is a delight.

Sliced tofu in miso soup (so that the tofu looks like noodles) is wonderful.

Small fried tofu cubes in stir fry is also a taste delight.

But, the fast food places should stick to what they do best. Nothing wrong with a Big Mac (sans buns) once in a great while.
