When some person accidentally kills a kid, a headline hungry prosecutor is sure to press charges. But, since it's the government at fault, oops! Just an accident. No one will face charges.
In this case they were both at fault. Parents already lawyered up. Parents had personal responsiblity to their kid and the friends. Tragic accident, I just think some people want to blame the cops for everything - if someone else is to blame then it's easier to live with your guilt ????
