How about not allowing democrats to count the ballots themselves, in a manual recount. Machine recounts, only.

Funny how one of the "reforms" calls for only one recount, and it is to be done manually.

Nothing corrupt here, nosiree...

I know one thing, the culture of the KC election office will not change as long as Sims is around. If he gets re-elected, there is no hope for Seattle.
