I do and this is a war, and doing so may save the lives of our Soldiers.
Snipers on our side shoot others ....dead....to save the lives of our soldiers....also.
Beating to death is foolish.
Electricity hurts more, leaves no mark, and can be denied.
Le gegene.
I do support killing illegal combatants and terrorist bombers. It's perfectly permissible under the Geneva Conventions.
Give them a drumhead courts martial and then shoot them dead.
L
What about the treatment of our POWS during the first Gulf War where the merry little sons came down to the prison for his nightly entertainment of beating our pilots with boards?
Few words were written about the treatment of OUR guys when held prisoner but I have to endure these types of crappy stories by the anti-American OLD MEDIA? I think not.
Here is a 4 minute video about the REAL Abu Grahib. Instead of reporting on this video, the MSM ran with undies on the head to muddy the buzz on Abu Grahib abuse.

>>>If they are accurate, are we really saying it is OK to beat to death a major in an opponent's army, just to try to get information?
Enemy combatants, yes.
Innocent Nationals, no.
Meet the enemy.

Remember this?
>>>>The CIA Wednesday called the first U.S. combat death in the war on terrorism extremely flagitious. Johnny "Mike" Spann, 32, a paramilitary trooper, was beaten, kicked and bitten to death by Taliban prisoners after he was caught inside the fortress near Mazar-e Sharif.<<<<
These people are not playing chess with one another.
Dear Washington Post,
Guess what.........we don't give a good god-damn if our guys beat the crap out of this guy. Dead might be an improvement...By the way, the same could be said for leftist journalists and editors!
Have a nice day,
An American.
gee, these guys have no imagination....
The author was trying to make that SoB sound like a hero!
They could have drawn and quartered him, broken him on the wheel, hoisted him on a strappado, etc., and I would care not one bit. No amount of suffering on the part of one of Saddam's thugs can possibly repay the suffering he meted out to innocent human beings under Saddam Hussein's bloody rule.
