I went to Utah State. I'm sure we'll get sued for one reason or another. I'm surprised BYU hasn't been sued by the Sierra Club, they sure have a cougar fetish these days.

That is surprising. Probably on their list of things to do. A couple of more suggestions for the U:

1. Ask Jordan High School if the U of U can use their mascot, "The Beetdiggers".

2. Follow Apple's example. Apple was developing a later version of it's operating system and code named it "Sagan". Carl Sagan objected to it so they renamed it "Butt-headed Astronomer". So the U could name themselves: "NCAA Morons" or "NCAA Pantloads". Something to that effect.

Ah, you are right, my fellow Aggie. I'm sure it won't take long until schools will be forced to stop using even animals as mascots for fear of lawsuits by the freaks of PETA.
