GWB's surprise Thanksgiving visit to Iraq was the absolute best. I'll never forget the introduction they did-- was it Rummy who said "hey is there anyone more senior than I am here?" The roar when they saw him was awesome.
Photos of GWB with any of the military branches are too cool. The one on the plane where he's embracing one of the troops reminds me of the one where he's comforting that young girl whose mom died in the WTC, so moving and so easy to see his natural compassion.
