As I protested against Clinton and Torricelli in Newark, NJ a few months later, Don and Terri’s experience was fresh in my mind.

The March For Justice was shocking as it represented the first mass gathering of conservatives of people who saw through Clintons. I was a lurker then but signed up shortly after I witnessed that event on CSPAN. The street protests in cities like Philly, Newark, New York, LA, DC and other liberal bastions was an even greater shock to the petty regimes that had the monopoly on protesting. Don and Terri were among the ground breakers in this effort.

We are fortunate that no other FReepers have had to endure the same tribulations that Don and Terri have experienced throughout these years. I don’t know if such an event could even occur now. However, should a FReeper get a beat down by the loyal thugs of the corrupt local machine, the courage and perseverance Don and Terri have demonstrated will be an example to all.

Sorry Terri, didn't know that you were able to FReep. Glad that you are back. Good luck in court.

Did I read or hear somewhere that John Morris is dead, or was that just a pleasant dream?

(If so, it couldn't happen to a 'nicer' guy) ;-/

NEVER MIND my question. I read above that my pleasant dream came true!

Kudos for Don and Terri, and may they eventually OWN the Teamsters Union!

So the crooks are dragging this out, eh?
Wished I could say hearing this was a surprise.
The "state-of-the-art" evasion of justice for the Liberal-Socialist slime machine for protecting their thugs whenever caught red-handed is "SOP", now.

The thugs/punks in Milwaukee caught vandalizing GOP vans that were to be used to xport voters to the polls past election cycle look like they will also benefit from a similar Liberal-Socialist legal system *fix*.

In any event glad to hear the Adams people are doing "OK" nonetheless.
Tough, resilient the Adams people.

There've been a few *excellent* suggestions for getting this atrocity into the nation's spotlight & focused on the rodents.
Employing a hungry 24&7 news media visa vi the O'Riellys et al is a great one.
Asking Santorum for his assistance insofar as *stimulating* the obviously crooked City of Love judiciary, another.
For the crooked 'Rat pols in PA -- & at every level -- entertaining thoughts of advancing their screw-like parasitic careers, the prospect of negative publicity has to be quite unnerving.
No? ;^)

A couple other suggestions are worthy of consideration, also, and the best part of 'em all?
The cost the Adams would be *zip* if they played their cards right.
We live, after all, in the day & age of media sensationalism.

...-BTTT-

Philadelphia the "Cradle of Liberty"---has decayed into ash heap--along with the "Union Thugs"----
Unions --in general are rapidly IMPLODING!--

Terry and Don--You are an inspiration for "HANGING TOUGH"--through this long nightmare.

During the Bush/Kerry-Presidential campaign--a group of Freepers and like minded friends were accosted by the Union thugs--shouting--"NO MORE BUSH SH--!!!

The Orlando PD---kept a very HIGH PROFILE! (:-)

L.N. We used to be able to access the video from Don's website (see physicists link above), that a kind and gracious Freeper put together for us. I don't know if they are still working.

We do need to update the website, and include links to documents of the case in Criminal and Civil Court and perhaps someone would be good enough to help me.

You were brave too -- knowing what had happened just a few short months before to Don and Teri. Those were heady days... Things moved quickly and history would have been different if the Clintons had pulled off their "vast right wing" totalitarian maneuver. Thank God for the right people at the right time ... it was close.

Please see reply #14.

Additionally, it took another year (after Don's Trial) to get three more Teamsters prosecuted. It is evident on the video, especially in slow motion, that the event was orchestrated (there is a woman snapping her fingers in a timely fashion counting the precise moment when they would attack) and involved the entire mob.

Getting the higher ups who were responsible for this has proven to be, and not surprisingly, FAR more difficult.

Unfortunately, however, it was before he was deposed.

Terri, always behind you and Don.

I know you got a new attorney, thankfully. I am wondering if he has any suggestions? Most of us are not familiar with PA law, he is.

My only thought is this would be a perfect scandle during Rendell's re-election time. Ever think of contacting the RNC here in Harrisburg?

Well, considering the rate of speed at which the case is proceeding, it might take forever. At that rate.......

I just cannot remain silent any longer. However, there are just some things I can't and won't address. Physicist and I learned THAT lesson the hard way. I believe he would concur. We have both learned to be more cautious.
