Your absolutely right. Why would anyone invest in DSL lines when you have to turn around and sell access at a cut rate to a competitor who invested in nothing. That kind of thinking is what has led to our power grids being in the shape they are in.

Why would anyone invest in DSL lines Do you know what "DSL lines" are? They are the old copper phone wires. Do you really expect extra copper phone lines to be installed everywhere?
This ruling establishes the new monopoly. But I guess the TRUE FREE MARKET does not like antitrust laws. Let the capitalism get global and monopolistic as Marx and Lenin wanted.
