What exactly are these declarations? Are they witness/suspect statements? I missed the beginning of Beth's interview but heard her say that she considered it a bombshell that she would have them. I'm afraid the sloppiness is by design for the purpose of having them thrown out.
I took declarations to mean sworn statements. That's just my guess.
