Good qustion - they are being evicted everywhere from what I've been reading. They're getting restless, that's for certain.

That is what I was thinking, too; possible blowback resulting from eminent domain seizures? When you take away everything a man has then he has nothing to live for and thus becomes extremely dangerous.
