His point is well taken. However, I think it would have been much more effective if he would actually file the lawsuit.
Dragging the victimhood lobby through the litigation process at every opportunity is really the fastest and best way to put an end to all this nonsense.

Hey, anyone could file the lawsuit. Go to their site at ASU and you have been sexually harassed. That puts it in Federal Court because of different jurisdictions so anyone of us could sue.
Hmmmm...I wonder how much money those feminists have...

I'm with you. It's an amusing little column; it might actually do some good if he pursued and demanded responses, and then filed a lawsuit if they were not forthcoming. What's good for the gander....
