I don't remember hearing the story about the girl who died after being given RU-486 by Planned Parenthood. Seems like a good case of medical malpractice to me. I wonder if there is any pending litigation over it.

There is, you'll never hear about it from MSM. There are eight deaths as I know of.

"I wonder if there is any pending litigation over it."
Doubt it, last I checked, there were nearly 500,000 women who used the pill (probably out of date by now) with something like 4 deaths, all of which were associated with off label use (If your serious about litigation, the "off label" use is the gotcha part).
While 4 deaths are tragic, a 1 in 150,000 - 200,000 chance of death associated with a prescription drug is not really high and is lower than that for say Viagra. I know, I know someone always dies, but that argument will not cut it in court and it's not even correct, many who take RU-486 are not even pregnant, it's taken "just in case".
