RPW: Information Handed Over to Federal Authorities (WI/IL/MN multi-state vote fraud from 11/2004)
WisPolitics.com ^ | 8/9/2005 | Republican Party of Wisconsin

Posted on 08/09/2005 8:27:55 PM PDT by steveegg

(Milwaukee, WI)…The Republican Party of Wisconsin released the results of their investigation into new cases of fraudulent voting behavior at a press conference in front of 1680 N. Astor St, in Milwaukee, the site of a highly suspect case. The investigation strongly indicates double voting occurred during the November ’04 elections and that voter fraud has crossed state lines. In tandem with the findings, state legislators are messaging Senate Bill 42 today, a measure making it a requirement to show a photo ID at the polls, to Governor James E. Doyle.

“The evidence of voter fraud in Milwaukee continues to compile,” said Rick Graber, chairman of the Republican Party of Wisconsin. “Our investigation highlights new fraud that has not been addressed, suggesting that Election Day abuse is even more widespread than we thought. The findings released today are of interest to federal authorities and concur with the results of their investigation that show people tried to cheat the system.”

The investigation indicates that voter fraud has extended into neighboring states. The preliminary results show people recorded as voting both in Milwaukee and in the city to which they filed a change of address. Four people are recorded as voting in both Milwaukee and Chicago, two people are recorded as voting in both Milwaukee and Minneapolis and three people are recorded as voting in both Milwaukee and Madison. It was conducted by comparing the City of Milwaukee Voter History List for November 2004 with the National Change of Address List from the US Postal Service and the voter history lists for Chicago, Minneapolis and Madison. RPW will share the information with the US Attorney’s office and the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office as part of their ongoing investigation into voter fraud in the November ‘04 elections.

So far, nine people have been charged in that investigation for voting as a felon or double voting, with more charges expected in the months ahead. Their investigation has also revealed that more than 200 felons voted and that 100 cases have been found of people voting twice or using fake names and addresses.

As the list of abuses that occurred on Election Day in Milwaukee continues to grow, Sen. Leibham (R-Sheboygan) and Rep. Stone (R-Glendale), authors of SB 42, are urging Governor Doyle to sign it into law. The Governor has vetoed a similar bill twice in the last two years despite widespread support for the measure. Recently, Wisconsin soldiers in Iraq sent in a petition asking Doyle to sign photo ID, adding to the nearly than 10,000 people who have also signed it.

“Numerous investigations, such as the one released today, all reveal that people did in fact commit voter fraud and have shaken the confidence of voters,” said Graber. “Photo ID is an easy, common sense safeguard that the Governor can enact to secure our election system and regain faith in the process.”

The preceding is the text of a Republican Party of Wisconsin press release that outlines instances of vote fraud that extends out of Wisconsin into Illinois and Minnesota. There is an ongoing joint local/federal investigation into vote fraud in Milwaukee, which has resulted in several federal charges being filed.

It will be REAL interesting to see how the local presstitutes cover (or don't cover) this.

We have a democrat governor here in Arizona who is fighting the photo ID as well. If she vetos it, she's going to be dumpted in the next election, fraud or no. Too many people are fed up with this.

Which is why I pinged backhoe, the keeper of that repository, and indexed the VOTEFRAUD keyword.

You are SO right....Before my computer crashed I had started writing synopsis of all the voter fraud reported during the last election from the material collected on the Repository thread.

In almost all cases, someone of authority was investigating, prosecuting etc. There were finally becoming consequences to action. It will become harder to steal elections in the future.

This is good news.

We're working on our RAT infestation as well. We've got a pair of strong Pubbie candidates lined up for governor that know how to knock off DemonRAT machines.

Well !! Where is the big mouthed voter rights representatives now. Conyers!, Jackson just to name a few of the notable hypocrites on this subject. Who really was disenfranchised in th eelection, The American People. Not just people of color or other so called minorities, but the country as a whole.

This makes it very evident that people like Conyers, Jackson and all of the other Progressive Democrats are NOT Patriotic Americans but LIARS and TRAITORS!

We have to bring our photo ID and voter registration card here in Tennessee. If they don't have the voter card they can vote once they are proven to be on the rolls.

Then we have to fill out a form with our name and address to request a ballot. That is taken to "the book" where our names and addresses are check to the rolls along with our signature.

Then we get to vote.

They have been; Jim "Craps" Doyle (whose campaign perpetrated fraud in 2002 to help him get elected governor; unprosecuted because not only was he attorney general at the time, but the district attorney in the county where the Kringles-for-elderly-votes was exposed was also a 'RAT) vetoed photo ID twice already.

Pass laws that make sentences for voter fraud a mandatory $100,000 fine and 5 years in prison. That will stop it fast.

We in GA just had a voter ID law just pass, and guess what? Je$$e Jack$on and friends, including Cynthia McKinney, Harry "Bananas" Belafonte, Julian Bond, and Charles Conyers, had a big civil rights march in Atlanta. Imagine that if you can.

I guess having to have a certain ID to write a check somewhere is racist also.

There was a lawyer that got caught voting in both Kansas Citys....They threw the book at him.....He got lots of publicity at the time....

IMO making an example of one or two in each area stops the fraud pretty quickly also.

Assuming, of course, it's prosecuted. In the key areas of Wisconsin where the fraud takes place, the DAs are all DemonRATs; and the attorney general is a DemonRAT. The only reasons why Milwaukee vote fraud is being prosecuted this time are because there are federal "hooks" (federal election, and now evidence of multi-state fraud) and the fact that President Bush won re-election (which allowed US Attorney Steve Biskupic to remain on the job).

WISCONSIN II

Media source/GM TODAY
Date/Sept 16
State/Wisconsin
City of County/Milwaukee
# of suspect votes/Thousands of "voters"
past history/have submitted registration forms without the legally required proof of identification

Virtually none of the forms sent out by the local clerks to the shady registrants have been responded to. The only plausible explanation for that is that the "voters" not only aren’t voters but aren’t real people, either.
Here’s the method to the New Voter Project madness. In Wisconsin, you can register to vote at the polls on Election Day. You have to produce identification when you register. But sending in a phony registration in advance puts you on the voter list before the election. Already-registered voters don’t have to show any identification. By putting perhaps thousands of fake names on the voter lists, it will be possible for fraudsters to show up at the polls and simply claim to be the person who was already "registered."

source of fraud: individual The director of the Wisconsin branch of the New Voter Project is Jessy Tolkan. “She’s already been involved in election fraud!”

and employee/the "New Voter Project" claims to be nonpartisan but is being bankrolled and staffed by leftists

who is taking action against/

PARTY LiberalsDemocrats
FYI Information (past elections)
Several leaders of a Milwaukee voter operation known as "ACE" are in jail for submitting false absentee ballots in the race involving Milwaukee County Board Chair Lee Holloway.
The recording secretary of the Milwaukee County Democratic Party, Fidelis Omegbu, was also sentenced to jail for vote fraud.
A New York multimillionaire was caught on videotape bribing street bums with cigarettes to cast absentee ballots for Al Gore.

The list of left wing election cheating in this state just goes on and on.
Now, the New Voter Project is turning in thousands of dubious voter registration forms and the organization is run by a woman who has already been linked to election fraud. Bush better get 52 percent of the actual vote in Wisconsin because at least 2 percent of the Kerry vote is going to come from cheaters.

Believe me; there's a lot more than that (the FR threads with "WISTOLENELECTION" keyword only scratch the surface). I couldn't even keep track of it all.

One of the concerned citizens up here has an entry on his blog that summarizes many of the problems.
