Harry is dead. I just spoke to his wife, Denise, who said she was from out of town and that he died last Monday. They will not be placing an obituary in the paper.

So the wife (estranged?) confirms but no neutral party.

I'll take it he's dead but it's odd that no official word of some sort was ever presented.

Thanks. Curious that there will be no obituary, though. Wonder if there is some reason that they do not want to publicly acknowledge his death.
