Her remarks could be considered anti-Semitical. That Israel benefitted incidentally should not be her focus.

Why is this woman getting airtime?
She's gone way over the edge from grieving mother to barking left-wing moonbat.

'changing and fluid situation right now' I first read this as "changing fluid situation" and thought, "Ewww...what does that mean??"

I sincerely doubt Cindy could tell anyone exactly what a "neocon" is supposed to be. It's just code-talk and people who use the term are not called on it enough.

If she couldn't even get empathy from Ted Koppel, this lady might want to consider that she does have serious emotional problems.
[She fails to notice that Koppel is, basically, on the same Leftist/Lib team that she is on.]

Everything I've read by or about this woman convinces me that she is more than just a little crazy. I think the death of her son made her snap.
Granted, other people have not responded the way she has under similar circumstances. That does not mean she hasn't been affected profoundly by this.
When my cousin died in Vietnam, one of his brother isolated himself from the family for nearly 15 years. His sister enlisted and made full colnel before retiring.

Another excellent find.
This is not a mothers spontaneous sorrow and rage, just moonbat boilerplate.

Astoundingly sad. The woman is VERIFIABLY off-kilter in a big, big way, and I do not envy her grief. Not that it makes her actions right now in any way excuseable, but rather it compounds the tragedy.
What disturbs me more that that, though, is that the media is flatly refusing to see her as damaged goods.

"It would be so amazing if your show would put me, or another parent who lost their child on who disagrees with the war and this administration: to have just an entire show..
without presenting the false side of the debate."
Aha, so there are two sides to every story! The completely true side and the completely false side - and the completely false side doesn't count.
Cindy, keep talking - PLEASE keep talking.

yeah, well...didn't he join the Army to protect the interests of America? More to the point, to follow orders? I don't think he was hired on to pick the battles. Grief turns to blame. What stage is that?

Check
this out. Warning: It's from DU, and the posting is a little disjointed but I believe it's a transcript form another of Sheehan's appearances. From the link:
You tell me the truth. You tell me that my son died for oil. You tell me that my son died to make your friends rich. You tell me my son died to spread the cancer of pax Americana, imperialism in the Middle East. You tell me that, you dont tell me my son died for freedom and democracy.
Cuz, were not freer. Youre taking away our freedoms. The Iraqi people arent freer, theyre much worse off than before you meddled in their country.
You get America out of Iraq, you get Israel out of Palestine
