An Air Force spokesman said the service has not taken any action against Fecteau, as it allows the legal process to continue through local law enforcement.

IIRC from seeing this story posted earlier on FR, the Air Force is waiting for civil authorities to determine guilt or innocence. If guilty, he will most likely receive a dishonorable discharge for conduct unbecoming an officer and will likely lose pension and other benefits, too.
