"Uh!!! Another idiot from the very tiny and very bitter fringe of the Conservative movement writes a very long and a very meaningless article attacking the Republican party and President Bush."

You said it. Like McCain - the only way they can get any attention is to bash Republicans. They're strictly cynical opportunists trying to advance their own personal agenda at the expense of the Republican Party - loyal only to themselves. I have no use for them.

"and you think that evangelicals share te same opinions with you and the author of the article"

I think that Evangelicals like myself (notice I didn't say all) expect certain things when they vote for someone as massively as they did in '04.

When we start seeing things that we didn't vote for, and seeing our supposed conservatives acting like mods and libs....well, one has to ask, why am I voting for these people when all they do is talk, not DO.

GWB as a republican supposedly conservative, allowing the situation on the border like he has....is at best shameful.

You were fooled long ago, and now can not face it.

Insult away.

Would you care to show me all my pro Kerry and antiBush posts during the election or before, or will you just toss any clump of manure you have handy?

I think that many third party voters on FR are too coward to admit it since once they do so, they know that they will be branded a "stupid" and rightly so because it is stupid to waste a vote for a third party.

bashing "Republicans or those who claim to be" but who are certainly not conservatives, unless the pivot point has shifted so far left that few can discern the changes that have and are occurring before their very eyes..

I think you are too arrogant to make yourself as a representative of what other evangelicals think.

You are correct IMHO.

I prefer the term 'latent trolls.' With Robert's nomination and Bolton's recess appointment, they can't help themselves.

It's pretty much for all of the eggs in the basket these days and they are desperate.

They were not neither pro-Kerry not anti-Bush posts or else you would have been banned. What I said that they were doom and gloom posts because this is the safest way anti-Bush anti-Republican posters use to survive on FR without being banned.

Actually it seems the Republican Party treats its enemies better than its supporters. Tens of millions of American taxpayers are given less say in how their tax dollars are spent than one left wing, dope smoking rock star, who is not even an American to boot.

"Who would be POTUS right now if evangelicals stayed home on election day?"

I've been an evangelical for forty years and held positions in all three of Reagan's campaigns.

Neither the author of this article, nor the third parties, nor the anti-illegals have anything in common with evangelicals.

Evangelicals are compassionate, optimistic winners, not hate filled bitter perpetual losers.

President Bush is an evangelical in actual practice, not in name only. Long before he ran for office he was holding morning prayer meetings in his home.

You don't speak for any evangelicals.

The anti-Bush anti-GOP hysteria spewed by a tiny minority of posters on FR has reached unprecedented high levels this year.

Nanotechnology is the future. The possibilities of its benefits to mankind and the environment are endless....

Clinton spoke of The Third Way, a different "brand" of socialism. I suspect that's what Dems and Pubbies are looking at when they undermine pieces of our Constitution - plus, how to keep both their power and a grip on the money.

In some ways, it almost appears that large corporations are running scared - get it now while you can - because there is a new economic world looming on the horizon.

Thanks for the post. It's worth reading. And it's interesting to find that those who disagree with the writer cannot disagree without being disagreeable. Insults and intimidation never really convinced me of anything other than the fact that bullies and tyrants are incapable of honest intellectual discussion of the merits of an issue -- be it pro or con. If those who disagree with the writer would communicate in a reasonable, respectful manner their objections, I would more likely take into consideration their viewpoint.

What do you know about the CFR and its membership and its inclusion in every facet of our daily lives to some degree, much less its agenda?

The CFR commands and we obey. We cannot resist. ROFLOL!!!

Oh no bayorod, you must be the only evangelical in America who thinks this way because trubolyguy is FR real representative of the opinions of tens of millions of evangelicals.(extreme sarcasm).

"The anti-Bush anti-GOP hysteria spewed by a tiny minority of posters on FR has reached unprecedented high levels this year."

Pointing out the faults of current policies is not "Anti-Bush", it is Pro-American. What is wrong with that? What is wrong with being Pro-American? Some folks speak of the GOP, Bush, Kerry, whatever.....but they hesitate to speak up in defense of out Constitutional Republic.

Here's a flash! Elected Presidents are not to be confused with the Messiah.......and can seldom be said to be doing the "Lord's work."

Ahh, look who we have here. None other than bayourod...a poster that has banned multiple, multiple times. On top of that, he/she has lied more times than I can count. Take nothing that bayourod says seriously. I have included some interesting posts below.....

Bayourod mischaracterizes individuals arguments, and also in the past has stated that immigration/borders is an issue which the american people do not care about, only a small # on FR. when asked to post evidence, he/she is nowhere to be found

"Tancredo and his followers are bumbling fools."

It's even worse than that. ****They are against the war in Iraq.******* It is part of their isolationist philosophy as enunciated by their prophet Buchanan.

****They opposed President Bush sending troops to Iraq in the beginning. *****They want the troops brought back now to guard the border and they want the money being spent on Iraq to be spent building a wall around our borders.

The Secretary of Homeland Defense testified before two Congressional committees last week that in order for him to secure the border against terrorists it is necessary for Congress to enact certain legislation that would allow his border guards to work more effectively detecting smugglers and terrorists.

Tancredo immediately announced that he would oppose such legislation

If Tancredo and his followers manage to block the legislation necessary to keep terrorists from crossing the border, and as a result an American city is bombed, the blood will be on the hands of Tancredo and his followers.

True, post number 35 has a good example:

"Wouldn't you hate to wake up each morning next to that bitch. Talk about a human downer. She's permanently stuck in the depression mode of her bipolarism. Nothing but a hopeless malcontent who will never support any candidate who has a chance of winning an election."
