I wanna plasma gun that'll blow a hole in a wall I could toss a dog through. Just in case I ever needed to toss a dog through a hole in a wall.
"Less than lethal" is normally "less than effective" in most instances. In others, even "less than lethal" is quite lethal enough. Tech is good, but I'd prefer reliable.
