I have no sympathy for Judges like Rinquelist when it comes their time to bite the dust. They showed no sympathy when Terry Schiave was being murdered. We can live better without them, for they do not serve the people in time of need.

"...they do not serve the people in time of need."
They do not serve the people at all, nor should they ever try to do so [we all saw "people's courts" in places like China, USSR, nazi Germany, etc]. Their oath of office is to serve the law and uphold the Constitution, which would be hard enough in itself.

Terri Schiavo was murdered and what's really sickening if you think about it is that she had no way to defend herself. She was the part of the population that need to be protected. Her life had meaning and she cried when she found out the tube was coming out. My legs work and I could have kicked the sob's and made a run for it. She had no way out. Then every single body of our govt. boxed Terri in until she was dead on March 31, 2005.
There's an audio link and it's graphic and is not entertaining. BB, can you link Terri's audio to this thread at your convenience? Thanks, FV
