Oh... also, my gut is telling me there IS a Holland connection here. I think this goes back to the Hague... Politicians etc., and Amsterdam. Amsterdam needs a steady supply of drugs, porn, and prostitutes to put in their little shop windows in the red light district. The pimps and the dealers need protection from the politicians and the polis in the Hague. I wonder about an Aruba/A-dam connection. I just wonder about that.

TJ: The gardener was summoned by the court, and he had apparently left the country. He was supposed to tell the court that he witnessed the car at the pond at 230, etc.

This gardener works for Jossy Mansur's nephew. TJ is surprised it took Jossy 6 to 8 weeks to find this witness who was right under his nose.

TJ believes the gardener just went home for a couple of days to his home country.

Jossy has two---cousins?--acting as lawyers for the K brothers.

well this is fascinating. The doctor claims that the left brain tells the lie but the right brain will always make sure the truth is inserted unconsciously.

We need a transcript of this show.

The thoughtprint experts takes all statements made by the suspects and analyses them to determine what truth they are revealing. He says the truth leaks out in what they are saying.

Fascinating. He says Natalee was raped, strangled, tossed in the water...I think. Have to watch it again. We need a transcript.

Jug states that the police know where the gardener is. It is a matter of getting him and bringing him in. Jug does not believe the gardener has left the country. Jug states that he is getting his info from a reputable source.

Beth states that Deepak and the rest were confident on the 1st night that they were going to get away with their lies.

The information that Joran sexually assualted Natalee did not come from the documents that she received, that information came from Joran's own mouth to the witnesses that were with Beth and Jug on the first night that the Twittys and company went to the VDS per Beth.

"The guy who did the thoughtprint lives in birmingham and knows the family. He interviewed all of the friends who went with Jug and Beth to the VDS house. There were a lot of little details thrown in there I had never heard. Something about Natalee refusing groupsex, and some other things. Hopefully someone will get a transcript."

Crier: Natalee's family has received help from one of the nation's top forensic psychiatrists who conducted what he calls a 'thought print' of the suspects. In a never before seen report, Dr Andrew Hodges goes on the record with his belief that Natalee was drugged, gang-raped, strangled, and tossed in the ocean. Be clear these are the unsubstantiated findings of one forensic investigator and does not reflect the views of this network.

Diane, set all this up for us, what is a thoughtprint?

Diane Diamond: Well, think of a fingerprint, Catherine. We all know how very important they are in forensic work. Dr Andrew Hodges says that for a forensic psychologist, it's pretty easy to discriminate between right brain and left brain thinking. You take the statements, the letters, the messages, a suicide note, a ransom note, of a suspect, and you dissect its deeper meaning. He talks about the 'deeper mind' and seriously just reading between the lines of what a suspect says. It's delving into their subconscious. And the doctor says that there is no way to stop your subconscious from revealing the truth. Now, it may be wrapped up in a lie, he said but for a really experienced person, they can sit down, talk to people who spoke to the suspect or read the letters and come up with a deeper meaning, a truer meaning.

Crier: What did he look at to obtain information from which he drew this analysis?

Diamond: He did a lot of things. He is from the Birmingham area so he knows the Twitty family very well, he knows many of the young people who went on the trip, so he interviewed many of the trip takers, those that had direct contact with either the Kalpoe brothers or specifically Juron Van der Sloot, he talked to the five people who were in the room at the Van der Sloots home when the Twitty's and the Holloways went there for that original confrontation. He got direct quotes from five different people that all matched up so he considered them to be very good. He knows about the leaked police report, he has talked to the Holloway Twitty's private investigators. So he put all of that together and extrapolated from that and some of it, I'll tell you, Catherine, we just haven't heard about before.

Dr Hodges, M.D.: Juron first met Natalee Holloway and several girls from Mountainbrook High School about 830 that night in the Holiday Inn Casino. It was a simple introduction. He asked them what they were doing. They said they were going to Carlos and Charlies. He says, 'You don't want to go to Carlos and Charlies on a Sunday night, it's not any fun. Don't go to Carlos and Charlies.'

Diamond: Why is that significant.

Dr. Hodges: It struck the girls as odd. That later he shows up there around midnight. They're going Why is he here where he told us not to go, and as the other thoughtprints reveal, I think that he was up to something unconsciously, and people will give people warnings unconsciously. He probably didn't know unconsciously why he said it, it probably just popped out. I think he was warning them that he was up to trouble, to stay away from them.

Diamond: Talk to me about the drugs

Dr. Hodges: They're both introducing drugs as the (intelligible) which suggest to me that she was drugged. Something had to get her out of this Carlos and Charlie's with 3 guys which is something she would never have done.

Diamond: Both of these boys brought up drugs, both of these boys now have brought up sex, left brain, right brain, what..

Dr. Hodges: Right. ...they spontaneously introduce..with Juron if you go back, he really excessively went into sexual activity with Natalee, brought it up in terms of group sex, she didn't want to have sex with the two guys in the front seat, just with him. So think who has introduced 'group sex'? They have, he has. And, then the third thing, one of the stories is that Natalee was on the ground, she fell, and she didn't want anybody to touch her, Now there's the picture, one of 'don't touch me,' And then the other thing is, Juron also says that he refused sexual activity with Natalee at a certain point. So you have the story of sexual activity and sexual activity being refused: two different thoughtprints. I think you put those together. Here is the sexual activity and here is sexual activity being refused.

Diamond: But you also have Natalee on the ground, prone, saying, "Don't touch me."

Dr. Hodges: And I think that's the story of the whole case, Natalee out of control, intoxicated, she fell, reportedly, this is the story, the left brain story, she fell, she's on the ground, she's intoxicated, and she says, "Don't touch me." So you read that as kind of the story of the whole case, I think she's down on the ground, she's hurt, she's injured, they held her down, and she's at the same time trying to refuse them. And I think it's also a picture of the final event, which is what happened to her that night, you know, and I think it was when she was held down is when her major trauma occurred.

Diamond: You're not optimistic that Natalee has survived. We have her down on the beach now, through these boys' words.

Dr Hodges: Yeah, I think he told us in two different ways she's not here, One, that he left her asleep on the beach, the other story's that Natalee was down, and I think he's trying to say sleep is another metaphor for passed away, down is another metaphor for being down, so that's the very simple way they did it.

Actually, that doctor didn't do anything that we haven't done, here and in other forums. Take some statements and speculate. Try to separate truth from the lies. I think we've done pretty well with much less.
